Manpower is currently seeking Entry-Level Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Longmont, CO. What will you be doing?

• Operate and monitor machines used to manufacture plastic bags and packaging products
• Learn multiple production processes and equipment throughout the facility
• Set up and operate converting equipment, including printing presses, slitters, and bag machines
• Produce finished products that meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Verify product quality and identify printing or manufacturing defects
• Operate blown film extrusion equipment to produce plastic film products
• Monitor production runs and make adjustments to maintain product specifications
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support continuous improvement efforts and production goals

What do you bring?

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
