Quality Control Technician

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be an essential part of the Quality Department supporting ongoing quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Bay Point, CA

Pay Range: $25

Shift: 6am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform standard quality control testing on incoming raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products according to defined specifications.
• Calculate and report test results accurately, recording data into SAP systems.
• File, maintain, and dispose of retain samples in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain lab equipment in proper working order and perform calibration procedures regularly.
• Participate in customer and regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a chemical laboratory environment, handling chemicals and reagents safely.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk frequently during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols diligently.
