Reprocessing Machine Operator

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Reprocessing Machine Operator to join their team. As a Reprocessing Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production team supporting Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, a focus on quality, and the drive to keep production running efficiently.

Job Title: Reprocessing Machine Operator

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $22

Shift: 7:00PM-7:00AM

What's the Job?

• Operate repro equipment safely to produce quality product through continual adjustments of gauges that control extruder speed, temperatures, pressures, and winder speeds.
• Follow safety rules and procedures at all times to maintain a secure work environment.
• Produce orders to schedule to satisfy customer needs and production requirements.
• Complete production execution tasks including product labeling and production entry.
• Perform quality inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure standards are met.

What's Needed?

• Ability to consistently follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Comfort working in a production environment with attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to comply with housekeeping and 6S expectations on machines and surrounding areas.
• Capability to perform routine preventative maintenance as required.
• Physical readiness for frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting weights over 30 lbs, including working in a hot room (up to 110 degrees F at times).
