Saw Operator Plant 1

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Saw Operator to join their team. As a Saw Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a positive work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Saw Operator Plant 1

Location: Elkhart, IN

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate saw equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production specifications
• Measure and cut materials to required dimensions
• Inspect finished cuts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing or saw operation experience preferred but not required
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
