Warehouse / Machine Operators

Our client is seeking a Warehouse / Machine Operators to join their team in Endicott, NY & Conklin NY. As a Warehouse / Machine Operators, you will be part of the operations team, supporting day-to-day warehouse and production needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Warehouse / Machine Operators

Location: Endicott, NY & Conklin NY

Pay Range: $17 - $18.50

Shift: All shifts available

What's the Job?

• Operate warehouse and production equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Support warehouse workflows including receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing materials for shipment.
• Maintain accurate handling of products and materials while following quality and process standards.
• Keep work areas organized and clean to support a safe, productive environment.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations across shifts.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures consistently.
• Comfort working in a warehouse and/or production setting with physical demands.
• Strong attention to detail to help maintain quality and accuracy.
• Willingness to work all available shifts based on operational needs.
• Reliability and a positive attitude toward teamwork and continuous improvement.
