Warehouse Production Coordinator - II (Associate)

Our client, a regulated manufacturing and logistics environment is seeking a Warehouse Production Coordinator - II (Associate) to join their team. As a Warehouse Production Coordinator - II (Associate), you will be part of the Warehouse & LN Room Support team supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, material movement, and liquid nitrogen (LN) room activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Production Coordinator - II (Associate)

Location: Millsboro, DE

Pay Range: $20.40 hourly

What's the Job?

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and inventory transactions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Store, organize, and maintain raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods inventory with accuracy and care.
• Pull, stage, and issue materials to support manufacturing and internal customer requests.
• Support LN room operations, including handling, transfer, storage, and monitoring of cryogenic materials according to established procedures.
• Prepare and package materials for domestic and international shipments, including items requiring dry ice or liquid nitrogen shipping conditions.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or advanced education preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or material handling operations preferred.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and effectively communicate information to colleagues at various levels.
• Proficiency with PC operations and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including overtime, holidays, and weekends (one weekend day required as part of the regular schedule).
