Our client, an industry-focused manufacturing team, is seeking a Wire harness assembly to join their team. As a Wire harness assembly, you will be part of the production team supporting hands-on assembly work that helps keep critical equipment moving. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to following work instructions and safety procedures, and the drive to meet quality expectations consistently.

Location: WEST BURLINGT, IA

Pay Range: $15

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

  • Assemble wire harness components by following detailed work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.
  • Prepare, route, and connect wires and terminals to ensure proper fit, alignment, and secure assembly.
  • Inspect assembled harnesses for defects, correct routing, and workmanship quality before completion.
  • Perform basic rework or corrections when issues are identified, following established procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe, efficient production.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and written quality requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate connections, routing, and workmanship.
  • Comfort working with small parts and performing repetitive assembly tasks with consistency.
  • Basic understanding of safe shop practices and willingness to follow all safety procedures.
  • Reliability and a team-focused mindset to support daily production goals.
