In this role, I’ll support production by assembling and wiring components with care, following established instructions and quality standards. What's the Job?

• Assemble and wire components according to work instructions, wiring diagrams, and established procedures.
• Prepare parts and materials for assembly, ensuring components are correctly identified and staged for production.
• Perform quality checks during assembly to help ensure accurate connections, proper routing, and clean workmanship.
• Follow safety practices and maintain a clean, organized work area to support efficient production.
• Support continuous improvement by communicating issues, defects, or process concerns to the appropriate team members.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and job documentation.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct wiring, connections, and component placement.
• Comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing environment with consistent production expectations.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and follow standardized processes.
• Reliable teamwork and communication to coordinate with production and quality needs.
