Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the assembly line and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: 

Shift: 1st & 2nd

What's the Job?

• Assemble products or components on an assembly line according to work instructions and production standards.
• Operate basic machinery and hand tools used in the assembly process.
• Load, position, and secure components, parts, or materials during assembly.
• Inspect assembled products for quality, defects, or non-conformance.
• Maintain a consistent production pace to meet output requirements.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of production quality requirements and safe use of tools and equipment.
