1st Shift - Assembly

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in fueling and dispensing equipment, is seeking a 1st Shift - Assembly to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift - Assembly

Location: SPRING LAKE, MI

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Assemble components and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fasteners to build completed assemblies
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and follow assembly drawings, work orders, and production instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
