1st Shift - Industrial Sewer

Our client, Industrial Manufacturing is seeking a Industrial Sewer to join their team. As a Industrial Sewer, you will be part of the Production team supporting custom product manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a steady hands-on work style, and a commitment to quality that helps finished products meet specifications every time.

Job Title: Industrial Sewer

Location: NORTON SHORES, MI

Pay Range: $16.00+/hr

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate industrial sewing equipment to manufacture custom products in a quality-focused production environment.
• Measure, cut, and trim materials to specifications using the right tools and techniques.
• Read and use a tape measure accurately, including basic inch-to-yard conversions.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy to ensure each order meets expectations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following workplace safety practices.

What's Needed?

• Manufacturing or sewing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing accurate, consistent work.
• Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. frequently.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude in a team-based environment.
• Comfort working with specialty materials and industrial sewing processes.
