1st Shift MAC Assembly Builder

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 1st Shift MAC Assembly Builder to join their team. As a 1st Shift MAC Assembly Builder, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift MAC Assembly Builder

Location: Allentown, PA

Shift: First Shift

What's the Job?

• Assemble parts and components into complete units or subassemblies using hand and power tools
• Operate assembly equipment and ensure proper placement of components into machinery
• Inspect in-process and finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards
• Follow production schedules and meet daily manufacturing goals
• Complete accurate production and quality documentation in compliance with standards

What's Needed?

• 1–3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Lift up to 35 lbs unassisted regularly
