Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a 1st shift Production to join their team. As a 1st shift Production, you will be part of the industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 1st shift Production
Location: Monticello, IN
Pay Range: $16.00
Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
What's the Job?
- Assist in the production of springs by operating machinery
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during manufacturing
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Support team members in daily production tasks
- Report any equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic machine operation skills
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours
