Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a 1st shift Shell Wrangling to join their team. As a 1st shift Shell Wrangling, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient assembly processes and maintaining high safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st shift Shell Wrangling

Location: Marinette, WI

Pay Range: $19.70

Shift: 5:30 am - 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies according to instructions and blueprints.
• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists.
• Assemble components, ensuring correct fit and fastening parts securely.
• Verify completed components against specifications using measuring instruments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent; related work experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in basic math and measurement tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Strong judgment skills to plan and perform work effectively.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks regularly.
