Assembler

Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in coil building and testing, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the final stages of coil preparation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Rainsville, AL

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour
 

Shift:  6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Some afternoon and Saturday overtime may be required at times

What's the Job?

• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Bend, shape, cut, and solder wires and lugs according to specifications.
• Attach wires using lugs and crimps to ensure proper connections.
• Sand wires as part of the preparation and finishing process.
• Operate pneumatic and hydraulic crimping tools safely and effectively.

What's Needed?

• The ability to read and interpret specifications, plans, drawings, shop aids, and work instructions.
• Basic verbal communication skills to share information and raise concerns.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• The ability to solder and perform detailed hand-assembly work.
• Problemsolving skills and a willingness to learn new techniques.
