Our client, a manufacturing-focused organization, is seeking a Assembler to join their team. As a Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting daily assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a dependable work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions consistently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Mt Pleasant, WI

Pay Range: 19.00 per hour

Shift:  Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

What's the Job?

  • Assemble components and products by following work instructions, drawings, and established procedures.
  • Perform basic hand and power tool tasks as required to complete assembly steps accurately.
  • Inspect parts and finished items to ensure quality standards are met before moving to the next step.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation to support safe and efficient production.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to keep work flowing smoothly.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and/or simple visual work instructions.
  • Comfort working in a hands-on production environment with consistent attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn assembly processes and follow safety guidelines at all times.
  • Reliability and punctuality to support team schedules and production needs.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to use tools safely and correctly.
