Manpower is currently hiring Assembly Associates for a 2nd shift opportunity with a reputable manufacturing company. If you enjoy working with your hands, have strong attention to detail, and are looking for a long-term career opportunity, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products and components according to specifications and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package and prepare completed products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
