Our client, Industry Descriptor is seeking a Assembly production to join their team. As a Assembly production, you will be part of the Production team supporting Manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a steady, team-focused work style that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly production

Location: BURLINGTON, IA

Pay Range: $15

Shift: 1st and 2nd 

What's the Job?

• Assemble components and products according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
• Perform repetitive production tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Inspect parts and finished items for defects, completeness, and proper assembly.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area to support a safe production environment.
• Support production goals by working collaboratively with team members and communicating issues promptly.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet production and quality expectations.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing setting with repetitive tasks and time-sensitive workflows.
• Strong attention to detail to identify issues and ensure correct assembly.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and use required protective equipment.
• Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset to support daily operations.
