Assembly Technician

Join a Leader in Medical Manufacturing – Floor Assembly Operator
Location: Rockford, TN
Pay: $19/hour
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Some Fridays may be required)

Our client, a global innovator in medical manufacturing, is seeking a Floor Assembly Operator to join their team. In this role, you’ll assemble precision components for MRI machines, directly contributing to life-saving technology used in healthcare worldwide.

What You’ll Do:
• Perform semi-complex assembly work supporting advanced manufacturing operations
• Apply documented processes and instructions with precision
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine issues to keep production running smoothly
• Utilize specialized skills such as soldering, testing, and rework to ensure top-tier product quality

What’s Needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow strict safety protocols
• Specialized training or certification in assembly techniques is a plus
