Assembly Worker II

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker II to join their team. As an Assembly Worker II, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and testing of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Worker II

Location: Wichita, KS

Pay Range: $23.22-$25.22

Shift: 1st shift and 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Perform wiring, assembly, finishing, welding, and testing operations on company products.
• Work from engineering specifications, sketches, schematic diagrams, verbal instructions, or detailed assembly drawings.
• Set-up and arc weld parts, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies, ensuring proper fitting, aligning, and adjusting for optimal function and efficiency.
• Utilize various assembly tools, electrical measuring and test equipment, including OHM, AMP, voltmeter, high-voltage tester, and dynamic balancer.
• Inspect parts, maintain quality standards, and document work processes accurately.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and wiring charts.
• Flexibility to work OT as required to meet production goals.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety regulations.
