A growing manufacturing company in Elkhart is hiring an Assembly – Glue Operator to support production and assembly operations. This role involves working with foam products, applying adhesives, and helping maintain consistent product quality on the production line.

What You’ll Do
- Perform assembly and glue application on foam products
- Assist with production line operations and material handling
- Operate and support glue equipment safely
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to read a tape measure (test required)
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Foam or adhesive experience is a plus, but not required
