Basket Packer Inspector

Our client, industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Basket Packer Inspector to join their team. As a Basket Packer Inspector, you will be part of the production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and comfort working at a fast pace—so you can inspect, clean, and pack small parts accurately while meeting quality standards.

Job Title: Basket Packer Inspector

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $18/hr. 

Shift: 1st (6am - 2pm)

What's the Job?

• Inspect small parts using a black light to detect imperfections or contaminants.
• Clean parts by blowing them off with an air gun.
• Pack parts into waist-high baskets efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a fast work pace while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Handle parts weighing no more than 30 pounds and follow safety procedures.

What's Needed?

• Good visual acuity and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Prior experience in inspection or packing is a plus (not required).
• Reliability and punctuality.
