Bindery & Inspection Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing and printing industry organization, is seeking a Bindery & Inspection Operator to join their team. As a Bindery & Inspection Operator, you will be part of the Operations department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bindery & Inspection Operator

Location: Sussex, WI

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm 

What's the Job?

• Complete all finishing services for press projects in accordance with job specifications and quality standards
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on bindery equipment to ensure optimal output
• Work closely with team members to exceed customer satisfaction and service expectations
• Support quality management and scheduling processes to maximize production efficiency
• Handle various bindery functions such as folding, cutting, padding, slitting, numbering, and wrapping

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical certification preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and reliable attendance
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic instructions in English
• Good mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with database/data capture software
