Our client is seeking a Cleanroom Assembler to join their team. As a Cleanroom Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day assembly operations in an ISO-regulated clean room environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow technical work instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler

Location: Camarillo, CA

Pay Range: $21-$22/hr

Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift

What's the Job?

  • Assemble products and measure parts according to specifications, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Maintain a sterile environment by garbing, cleaning, and performing duties in line with CGMP guidelines for cleanroom procedures.
  • Measure, cut, position, and align tubing and small components for accurate assembly.
  • Use hand tools (including cable guns, tubing spreaders, bag sealers, tubing cutters, and similar equipment) to assemble parts efficiently and correctly.
  • Read and interpret technical documents to identify product specifications, determine assembly sequence, and complete required lot/batch forms.

What's Needed?

  • Previous face-paced assembly experience, preferably in a manufacturing or clean room environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and blueprints. 
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with the ability to work with small components.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE (including scrubs, coverall suit, mask, protective eyewear, gloves, shoe covers, and similar).
  • Commitment to quality and safety, with the ability to meet daily production targets and follow SOPs and safety protocols.
