Conversion Operator I (1B)

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Conversion Operator to join their team. As a Conversion Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Conversion Operator 

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Pay Range: $20.25

Shift: Tuesday through Saturday (SUN/MON OFF): 7:00am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Operate equipment to package roll material from the winder according to work order instructions
• Load and unload rolls safely, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols
• Prepare samples of finished products and manage printing and labeling for customer shipments
• Perform machine set-ups following standard procedures and work order plans
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Ability to perform some lifting (<50 lbs.)
• Legible handwriting skills for documentation purposes
• Effective understanding of routine oral and written instructions
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with team members
