Decal Installation Tech

Our client, an industry leader in transportation and logistics, is seeking a Decal Installation Tech to join their team. As a Decal Installation Tech, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the trailer customization and finishing team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Decal Installation Tech

Location: Monon, IN

Pay: $16.00

Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (3:30p if working OT)

What's the Job?

• Assist in the preparation and application of decals on finished semi trailers
• Use measuring tools to ensure precise decal placement
• Follow blueprints and schematics for accurate decal positioning
• Perform bending, climbing, and handling hand tools during installation
• Climb ladders and stand on scaffolding to reach high areas safely

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in decal or similar installation work
• Proficiency with measuring tools and reading blueprints/schematics
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Comfort with using hand tools and working at heights
