Door Assembly 2nd shift

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Door Assembly 2nd shift to join their team. As a Door Assembly 2nd shift , you will be part of the Production team supporting assigned production line operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow SOPs consistently, and the drive to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

What's the Job?

• Verify materials being used is correct by reading the bill of materials
• Ensure materials meet quality expectations and label units as needed
• Perform door assembly tasks, including more complex door assembly requiring a higher-level skill set
• Assemble fabricated parts to relatively large or heavy subassemblies and complete units, following instructions and pre-established guidelines
• Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications, while repeating tasks until assigned other duties

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and understand bill of materials and verify components are placed in the correct position per SOP
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must, with solid verbal and written communication skills and basic math skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment in a fast-paced setting, including multi-tasking
• Knowledge of door components and strong analytical skills to support quality and assembly accuracy
• Must be able to lift up to 75+ lbs., work in various weather and temperature conditions, and follow all operational and safety SOPs

Safe Production: Safe production weaves worker safety with efficient production into daily operations. The goal is a target 0% safety incident rate, and safety is kept at utmost importance so employees can go home in the same condition as they arrived at work.

Evenings (01:00-02:00) Monday-Thursday on assigned production line. You will be required to follow SOP for specific job assignment, work on orders that require more attention to detail, and meet specific deadlines.
