Electrical Panel Builder

Are you ready to build electrical panels from start to finish and grow into bigger responsibilities? We are seeking Electrical Panel Builders of all skill levels who enjoy hands-on work, can read electrical schematics, and takes pride in quality. This is a developing role where you’ll work independently on panel building with minimal supervision, while steadily expanding your scope in the shop.

Job Title: Electrical Panel Builder

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Pay Range: $18 - $28/hour

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

• Build electrical panels independently, taking a panel start to finish with little to no supervision
• Interpret and understand electrical diagrams to ensure accurate assembly
• Prioritize work to meet scheduled due dates while maintaining quality standards

What's Needed?

• 1–2 years of panel building experience
• Previous experience in the electrical component industry
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams/schematics
• Ability to work independently with basic direction and strong problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong communication skills (verbal, written, and computer-based)
