General Laborer

Our client, a manufacturing and production environment, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the Prepress support area, helping the team maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, and the drive to stay productive in a fast-paced setting.

Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: $24

Shift: 10:30pm - 6:30am (8 hours per shift)

What's the Job?

• Assist the Prepress department in purging confidential files.
• Perform clean-up and general upkeep, including sweeping and painting.
• Work safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
• Read a tape measure down to 1/16 to support basic production tasks.
• Lift up to 30 lbs as needed and stand all day while completing assigned duties.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and follow instructions while multitasking effectively.
• Comfort working on-site and maintaining consistent productivity during the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic ability to use a tape measure accurately (down to 1/16).
• Successful completion of a urine 5-panel drug test and background check (client credential package).
