Production - General Laborers
Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is seeking general laborers and production workers to join their paint team.  you will primarily be responsible for loading and unloading the machines and be part of the production department supporting the paint line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborers 

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: Nights 9pm-5am, Sunday-Thursday

What's the Job?

• Load parts onto the paint line following the production schedule and work orders
• Unload painted parts from the line and stack them on skids for further processing
• Ensure the correct wire hooks are evenly distributed on the line
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to work night shifts and follow a structured schedule
• Strong attention to detail and focus on safety
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
