General Producdtion Associate

Job Title: Production Associate 
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Compensation: $20.00+/hour 
Shifts Available: 1st SHIFT (7:00am - 3:30pm)

Job Summary:
Join our team in the food manufacturing industry, where you will perform various unskilled and semi-skilled tasks. As a Forklift Production Associate, you will assist with the processing of food product ingredients, ensuring that our products meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials
• Package finished products
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Clean machines and facilities to maintain food safety standards
• Actively identify and report any food safety or defense issues
• Assess raw materials to ensure conformance and consistency

• Must understand and follow basic instructions, possess basic math skills, and participate in team discussions and activities
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Capable of receiving and applying safety training on machinery operation, chemical usage, and forklift operation

• High school diploma or GED
• Current Forklift Certification (must provide proof)

• Ability to repetitively lift 50 to 80 pounds (e.g., bags, boxes, six-gallon buckets)
• Comfortable working in wet, sanitized environments and wearing protective gear
• Ability to handle hazardous cleaning chemicals
• Must be able to climb stairs for machine access
• Due to this being a food processing full PPE would be required and all GMP rules are to be followed
