General Production

Our client is seeking a General Production to join their team in Marysville, OH. As a General Production, you will be part of the production operation supporting day-to-day manufacturing needs. The ideal candidate will be safety focused, dependable in following instructions and procedures, and committed to keeping a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Job Title: General Production

Location: Marysville, OH

Pay Range: $22.16 / HR

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Support production by filling and washing production containers as assigned.
• Label and package material accurately, and complete production-related paperwork.
• Follow direction from department leads, supervisors, and management to keep work flowing.
• Operate a forklift when needed; on-site certification will be provided when the time comes.
• Maintain housekeeping standards by helping keep the work area clean, safe, and ready for the next shift.

What's Needed?

• Strong safety mindset, including participation in safety programs and consistent use of appropriate PPE.
• Ability to follow policies, house rules, and break schedules while staying productive.
• Comfort working in a facility environment and collaborating with others to meet daily goals.
• Willingness to learn and work across associate needs in various departments (shipping, blend, bulk, and/or maintenance), starting in the ink blending area.
• Reliability and attention to detail when completing paperwork and handling labeled/packaged materials.
