Industrial Painter

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial and electrical products industry, is seeking an Industrial Painter I to join their team. As an Industrial Painter I, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Production and Paint Line teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Painter 
Location: Worcester, MA
Pay Range: $17.00/hour

What’s the Job?

• Paint parts, units, and production components to meet quality standards.
• Hang and load parts onto the paint line according to production schedules.
• Operate and maintain paint equipment, powder booths, lifts, and related machinery.
• Inspect finished products and make adjustments to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Follow safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 months of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to pass a Pulmonary Function Test.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
