Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production team supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a detail-oriented mindset, and the drive to troubleshoot and keep equipment running so high-quality goods can be produced.

Shift: 2nd
Type: Temporary 2 week assignment starting 10/12
What's the Job?
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.
- Set-up, operate, and monitor various types of machines and specialized equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
- Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality or work being performed.
- Troubleshoot routine equipment problems and repair issues as needed to keep production on track.
- Accurately maintain records and documentation, and report food safety problems, unusual issues, delays, and/or safety concerns to your supervisor.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the job function or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data required.
