Machine Operator Dry Blender

Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator Dry Blender to join their team. As a Machine Operator Dry Blender, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day operations that help optimize machine capability and product output. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot routine equipment issues—aligning successfully in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Job Title: Machine Operator Dry Blender

Location: Jackson, WI

Pay Range: $23

Shift: 2nd 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday 

What's the Job?

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.
• Set-up, operate, and monitor various types of machines and specialized equipment used in dry blending.
• Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality or work being performed.
• Troubleshoot problems that occur and repair issues as needed to keep production moving.
• Accurately maintain records and documentation as required, and report food safety problems and unusual issues to your supervisor.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the job function or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record required data.
