Machine Operator

Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in coil winding and electrical components, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Rainsville, AL

Pay Range: $15

Shift: Days (06:00-14:30)

What's the Job?

• Wind basic coils to meet specifications and quality standards
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE
• Select and prepare tools, arbors, and materials based on specifications
• Make limited set-ups and adjustments to winding machines to ensure precision
• Operate various coil winding equipment, including hand-guided bench lathe machines and two-layer coil operations

What's Needed?

• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret process instructions, visual aids, and control drawings
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Physical ability to work at a fast pace, stand or sit for long periods, and handle physical tasks including bending and reaching
