Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Cockeysville, MD

Pay Range: $18.45

Shift: 2nd shift - Regular Shift: Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes
• Perform routine setup, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated machinery
• Inspect in-process parts to maintain quality standards and remove defective products
• Document quality, safety, and maintenance activities accurately
• Assist in root-cause analysis for process or product deviations

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Experience in a regulated environment preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly across departments
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality to ensure smooth production flow
• Proficiency in reading charts, diagrams, and performing basic arithmetic; basic PC skills in a Windows environment
