Machine Operators (entry-level) - Carol Stream

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and safety. 

Job Title: Machine Operator (entry-level)

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Pay Range: $19.39

Shift: 4am-2:30pm (Mon-Thurs)

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner following Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials efficiently and safely.
• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring safety features are functional.
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the work area to promote a safe and organized environment.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical condition to perform manual tasks and operate machinery.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
