Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Compton, CA
Pay Range: $20.47
Shift: 6 pm - 6 am
What's the Job?
- Perform work under direct supervision to operate manufacturing machines efficiently and safely
- Handle basic issues and problems, referring complex issues to higher‑level staff
- Test and inspect machines to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Perform routine machine calibrations and setup based on procedures or management instructions
- Read job tickets to determine proper materials and setup, and load/unload materials accordingly

- Ability to follow safety and security policies diligently
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
