Machine Operator

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to meet production requirements consistently—skills that will help you succeed on the floor.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: American Fork, UT

Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.00

Shift: 2nd Shift 4:00PM - 12:30AM

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machines to support steady, reliable production.
• Consistently meet production requirements while maintaining expected output.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area to support a safe manufacturing environment.
• Packing finished materials into dunnage and also loading and unloading as needed.
• Check that finished workpieces conform to specifications and complete documentation correctly for process monitors and production tickets.

What's Needed?

• Ability to start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions during the shift.
• Willingness to fix issues that might occur during the shift and keep production moving.
• Attention to detail to verify finished workpieces meet specifications.
• Comfort completing production documentation accurately for process monitors and production tickets.
• Basic experience in a production or machine environment is helpful; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
