We are seeking dependable and hardworking Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Lebanon, TN. Multiple shifts are available, making it easy to find a schedule that fits your lifestyle. If you have manufacturing experience or are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply!

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Overtime opportunities available based on production needs

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and product quality
• Load materials and remove finished products
• Perform routine inspections and minor machine adjustments
• Follow safety guidelines and work instructions
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred
