Machine Shop Operator – Day shift
📍 Mead, CO | 💵 $25 to $30/hr, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up jobs: build tools, fixturing, prep materials, and load work/tool offsets

• Work with programmers to monitor job progress and suggest improvements

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime

• Load and unload equipment and materials safely

• Offer ideas to improve shop efficiency and workflow

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery

• Record readings and log data for machined parts

• Support daily operations while ensuring quality standards are met

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in machine shop operations or a similar hands-on field

• Comfortable using shop and quality lab tools/equipment

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Physically able to handle shop work

• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What You’ll Get

• 3-day weekend schedule with 4 days off

• $22/hr, with 36 hours paid as 40 (includes 4 bonus hours)
