Our client, an industrial organization supporting manufacturing operations, is seeking a Maintainance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintainance Supervisor, you will be part of the Tennessee Operations supporting electrical and mechanical craft teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical troubleshooting expertise, and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintainance Supervisor

Location: Alcoa, TN

Pay Range: $32-$35

Shift: 12-hour shifts on a 2/3/3/2 pattern, with day and night shift assignments. Must be able to work either based on business needs, including every other weekend work.

What's the Job?

  • Supervise electrical craft, mechanical craft, and production employees within the department, providing maintenance guidance and support.
  • Deliver technical maintenance support for assigned areas, ensuring equipment reliability and safety.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Follow up on equipment issues, develop technical troubleshooting solutions, and implement corrective actions.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, leading process enhancements and safety protocols in collaboration with craft employees.

What's Needed?

  • Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience within an industrial environment.
  • Supervisory experience leading craft teams or small groups of production employees.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and PLC troubleshooting is strongly desired.
  • Ability to work flexible day or night shifts, including weekends, based on operational needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Oracle software applications.
