Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Department supporting daily production activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Cypress, CA

Pay Rate:$20.00

Shift: 1st shift 

What's the Job?

  • Support daily production activities within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Provide essential administrative and documentation support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform Batch Record Review (BRR) for accuracy and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Assist in managing material flow and documentation throughout production processes.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to resolve documentation issues and support process improvements.

What's Needed?

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries.
  • Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to learn and navigate ERP systems effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
