Manufacturing Operator 2

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator 2 to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator 2, you will be part of the production department supporting filling, labeling, and kit packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Day

What's the Job?

• Execute the daily production schedule for filling, labeling, or kit packaging using manual and automated processes.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain good documentation practices.
• Work independently and collaboratively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Understand and carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Communicate status updates effectively to department leads and supervisors.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands to handle objects or controls regularly.
• Basic math skills and the ability to understand instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and move up to 10 pounds frequently.
• Willingness to work in various temperature conditions and around moving mechanical parts, with appropriate PPE provided.
