We’re Hiring Packaging Operators | 3rd Shift | Mentor, OH 44060
Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour | Weekly Pay
Shift: 3rd Shift
Hours: 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail oriented Packaging Operators to join a fast paced manufacturing environment. In this hands on role, you’ll operate packaging and filling equipment, perform quality checks, and ensure finished products are packaged accurately and safely. Strong attention to detail, safety, and consistent attendance are essential.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate packaging and filling equipment
- Set up and operate production equipment
- Read and follow production work orders and SOPs
- Verify materials and packaging components before production
- Print and apply barcode labels and correct date codes
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process
- Prepare, package, and palletize finished products
Requirements
- Previous production, manufacturing, packaging, or machine operation experience preferred
- Experience operating packaging, filling, or similar production equipment is a plus
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and SOPs
- Basic computer skills and ability to enter production information
