Pad Print Operator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Entry-Level Pad Printer in Vernon Hills, IL to join their team! As a Pad Print Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Pad Print Operator

Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Pay Range: $15.50/hr

Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain pad printing equipment to ensure high-quality production
• Set up printing machines according to specifications and job requirements
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs regularly and up to 30lbs occasionally
• Must be able to bend, squat, twist, reach
