Pallet Stacker

Our client, a leader in industrial logistics and warehouse operations, is seeking a Pallet Stacker to join their team. In this role, you will support warehouse material handling and general labor operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Pallet Stacker

Location: Prattville, AL

Pay Range: $18/HR

Shift: Day shift (8am-4pm) or Night shift (6pm-2am)

What's the Job?

• Consistently move and stack pallets as part of daily warehouse operations
• Handle materials weighing approximately 10–15 lbs on a regular basis
• Maintain an efficient, steady pace to support production and shipping schedules
• Follow workplace safety procedures while working around equipment and other team members
• Keep work areas organized to support smooth workflow

What's Needed?

• Ability to consistently lift and move 10–15 lbs throughout the shift
• Reliability and willingness to work assigned shifts
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment with physical, hands-on tasks
• Attention to safety and the ability to follow instructions
• Team-oriented attitude and readiness to stay productive
