Powder Coater

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in industrial solutions, is seeking a Powder Coatier to join their team. As a Powder Coater, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Powder Coater

Location: Elkhart, IN

Pay Range: $22-$24/hour

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Prepare axles for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and staging parts
• Apply powder coating using spray equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Operate and monitor curing ovens
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What's Needed?

• Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience required
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
