Press Brake Operator

Our client, is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day fabrication needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to learn and improve with every job.

Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Pay Range: $20.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Operate a press brake to form metal parts according to work instructions and job specifications.
• Read and interpret job requirements to set up tooling, gauges, and bending parameters accurately.
• Inspect finished parts for conformance to quality standards and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures while operating equipment.
• Support continuous improvement by staying attentive to detail and communicating effectively with the team.

What's Needed?

• Experience operating a press brake or working in a metal fabrication environment.
• Ability to read job instructions and understand basic measurements and tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure parts are formed correctly the first time.
• Commitment to safe work practices and willingness to follow established procedures.
• Reliable teamwork and communication to coordinate with production and quality needs.
